30-Day Returns.

We want the BLKLST Inner Beauty Backpack to feel right when it lands in your hands. If it is not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What qualifies

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in clean, unused condition. Please send the backpack back with its original packaging when possible.

How to start a return

Email info@nextdimension.fun with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and reviewed, approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to post it.

Shipping notes

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order, let us know in your email so we can make it right.
